• Complete insurance claims handling by our Certified Auto Appraisers, to expedite your repairs and eliminate hassles.
• We will arrange towing to Aloha Auto Body & Paint if your vehicle is not fit to drive and set up a rental vehicle for your convenience
• Computerized Estimating and Digital Imaging, which can be electronically transmitted to insurance companies. If you have an estimate, bring it with you.  We will inspect your vehicle and go over the estimate to ensure that everything is accurate.  If you do not have an estimate, we will work to  determine the cost of repairs.
• There may be hidden damage that we can not see until after the vehicle is disassembled.  At that time, we notify the insurance company.
• We will set up direct insurance billing, including any supplemental charges for hidden damages.

Aloha Auto Body & Paint will work with you to schedule your auto body repairs at your convenience. We can also arrange a rental vehicle and rides to and from the rental company.  A key drop box is available if you need to drop off after or before hours.

Visually damaged parts are ordered and checked in before the vehicle arrives to minimize the time you are without your vehicle.

All auto body repairs are performed on-site by highly trained I-CAR Gold technicians. Our pulling process is carefully executed on our Car-O-Liner and Blackhawk Systems.   These are sophisticated machine/systems used to restore your vehicle to pre-accident condition.

Technicians replace, align and repair all damaged panels and glass.

All panels are prepared for paint, then primed and sealed to assure adhesion of the top color and clear coats. Color Matches are obtained by using Aloha Auto Body & Paint's computerized "PPG Color Proof System". Your paint and clearcoat are applied and baked in our advanced Heated & Extended Downdraft Paint Booth, in a clean, dust-free environment for a factory finish plus Aloha Auto Body & Paint Written Warranty. A touch up bottle of paint is available upon request. Aloha Auto Body and Paint is enviromentally sensitive and compliant.

Moldings and detail pieces are put back on the vehicle. Vehicle systems are checked, reset and aligned.

Repairs are done on-site by ASE Certified Technicians for collision-related damages to air bags, restraint systems and suspension items.

Your vehicle will be washed and vacuumed in our Detail Bay before delivery. A final inspection and road test will ensure that your vehicle has been restored to its pre-accident condition.

• The final bill will itemize all repairs performed, including any supplemental repairs required. Deductibles will be due at that time.
• Accepted forms of payment are: Insurance Checks, Approved Personal Checks, American Express, Discover, Mastercard, Visa, Debit Cards or Cash.
• We will explain all paperwork and answer any questions after you check over the repairs to your vehicle.
• You will be given Aloha Auto Body & Paints' Written Warranty for all repairs made to you vehicle.
